Every wedding we take on is approached with care, intention, and a clear understanding of what matters most to you. Below is a brief overview of how we work together—from proposal to final delivery—so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Proposal & Alignment

This proposal has been thoughtfully created based on what you shared with us. It outlines your recommended collection, investment, and deliverables—tailored specifically to your wedding and priorities. If you have questions or would like to explore adjustments, we’re happy to walk through everything together.

Thoughtful Planning

Leading up to the wedding, we collaborate closely with you and your planning team to align on timelines, priorities, and expectations. Our goal is to ensure everything feels clear and supported long before the wedding day arrives.

Wedding Day Coverage

On the wedding day, our role is calm and unobtrusive. We move with intention, working seamlessly alongside your planner and creative team—stepping in only when helpful—to support the flow, energy, and overall experience of the day.

Film Delivery

Your wedding film is crafted with care and a long-term perspective in mind. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on preserving emotion, relationships, and atmosphere—creating a film that becomes more meaningful with time.

All deliverables will be delivered through a private online gallery within 10 weeks following the wedding. If a custom crystal USB drive has been included, it will be mailed 5–10 business days after all deliverables have been viewed and approved in a timely manner.

I'd recommend going with The Essentials Collection to start with. This is taking into consideration the fact that you'd like to have both the ceremony and reception covered. Although I personally haven't had a chance to chat with Alexandria, this collection captures all of the essential details of the wedding. The investment below is for the Luis Andres Films Experience, I've attached a link just under that to access the Associate Director Collection and investment as well.

This is for the couples who want to have a beautiful memory of their day without having to worry about missing the small details. This includes elevated coverage of your day for 8 hours with our team of associate directors.


You will receive a full ceremony film from beginning to end, along with a highlight film of your day.
